What are my delivery options?

Whether you need it now or have time to wait, we will do our best to work with your schedule. Deliveries can be done same day within Metro Manila or scheduled up to a few days in advance for areas outside Metro Manila.

How fast is Pawsh's delivery?

Any deliveries within Metro Manila can be done the same day however delivery time may vary depending on time purchased and distance. Corresponding express delivery fee is applicable.

Same Day Express Delivery cutoff is 3:00PM for weekdays and 12:00PM on weekends. Any orders made after will be shipped out the next day.

Standard Shipping with Metro Manila takes about 1-3 days upon pickup while areas located outside Metro Manila may take up to 7 to 9 days. Keep track of your deliveries using the link provided upon order fulfillment. 

What is our delivery rate?

We offer free standard shipping for purchases over Php 800.
For purchases under Php 800.00, shipping rates are applied as listed below:

    UPDATE: September 30, 2021

    Due to the long delivery time and bogus purchases made in these regions, we will longer offer COD/COP. We will still accept orders from these regions but only for purchases made through PayPal, GCash, or Bank Transfers. 

    Cash On Delivery will no longer be available to these areas: 

    • Batanes
    • Mindanao 

    I made a pre-order. What now?

    Thank you for trusting Pawsh! We’ll keep you up-to-date on when our inventory will arrive and when we can ship it out to you. Please be aware that our products do sell out often and we may sometimes have to wait a week for inventory to come in.

      Can I pick up my order from your store?

      Since we’re an online only shop, we do not have a pickup location as of now. Hopefully we will in the future so we can also meet your fur babies.

      We DO NOT allow pickups.
