Refund policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help! Send us an email to request for a claim. We offer returns or exchanges within 7 days of purchase. You can exchange your goodies with the same product or a different one if no damages are found on the item. Unfortunately, accidental misuse i.e. destroyed by your own pooch, snags, tears, or accidental discolorations, will not be covered under our policy and cannot be exchanged. Please note that the product must be received in original condition with original tags intact. Our warranty period only lasts 7 days.
Returns can only be refunded back to your customer profile account as store credit. We do not handle cash. Customer shall bear shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges. Multiple exchange attempts will be charged a 25% restocking + shipping fees. Any confirmed deliveries that are unpaid or cancelled after delivery will be liable to pay back the shipping fee.
Although we offer free delivery, there is also a limit as to how many delivery attempts are made. After two delivery attempts, we no longer offer free delivery. If a customer decides to make a third attempt, the customer shall cover the delivery expense.
Our Process
Once we have approved of your exchange or return, here are the next steps.
- Mail back the item back to us.
- We'll inspect the item for any damages, product swap, or bogus return.
- After we verify that the items are in perfect condition, we'll ship out your new item.
- We'll credit your account the remaining amount as store credit.
